What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage with customers to analyze energy usage data and identify energy savings measures
- Collaborate with the internal team to develop technical resources and best practices
- Partner with the Measurement and Verification (M&V) team to evaluate performance results
- Assist in training and professional development for team members
- Provide expert technical guidance for complex energy efficiency issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in energy efficiency, HVAC management, or related fields
- Strong technical knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and energy efficiency practices
- Excellent communication skills for presenting technical material to diverse audiences
- Bachelor's degree in science or technology is strongly preferred
- Must be comfortable working independently in a 100% virtual environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 4+ years of experience in energy efficiency solutions or related fields
- Technical proficiency with various Building Automation Systems (BAS) platforms
- Certification such as CEM, CxA, or equivalent is required
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Passion for energy efficiency consulting and sustainable practices
