What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and manage the project lifecycle from initiation to closure for state energy programs
- Develop project plans including scope, timeline, and resource allocation
- Coordinate and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
- Monitor project progress and identify any risks or issues that may impact timelines or deliverables
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members while ensuring compliance with quality and safety policies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of program/project management experience related to energy program management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Power BI)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze situations and recommend solutions
- Strong written and oral communication skills with experience in client engagement
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience in the energy efficiency industry
- Understanding of energy efficiency technologies and energy-saving solutions
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics
