What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze customer load profiles and identify low/no-cost curtailment strategies in collaboration with Energy Advisors and vSEM coaches
- Develop internal resources and best practices for technical engagement and monitor performance of Energy Advisors
- Partner with the internal Measurement and Verification team to evaluate and communicate performance results of energy reduction efforts
- Assist in training and professional development to enhance technical skills for various programs
- Provide expert technical guidance and troubleshooting for complex customer issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 3 years of experience in peak load management, Demand Response strategy planning, or similar Utility DSM programs
- Strong knowledge of technical strategies and utility program implementation mechanisms for peak load management
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with strong analytical abilities
- Bachelor's degree in science or technology is strongly preferred
- Certifications such as CEM, CxA, BCxP, CPE, or equivalent are preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 4+ years of experience in relevant fields
- Experience with commercial HVAC controls sequence implementation in various BAS platforms
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- On-site field experience at commercial and industrial facilities is highly desirable
- Passion for energy efficiency consulting and making a positive impact
