      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support and/or serve as Project Manager on environmental permitting and compliance projects
      - Prepare and manage federal, state, and local land use and resource permit applications
      - Manage environmental studies and technical resource analyses, coordinating multidisciplinary subject matter experts
      - Facilitate project meetings, stakeholder outreach, and public meetings; track and document stakeholder communications
      - Conduct activities in line with internal procedures, legislation, and industry standards

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a related field such as environmental planning, environmental studies, or natural resources
      - 5 to 8 years of demonstrated work experience performing similar tasks
      - Knowledge of state agency ancillary permitting processes such as Idaho DEQ 401 Water Quality Certification
      - Strong follow-through skills, attention to detail, and ability to act independently
      - Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record without restrictions

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior environmental consulting or government agency experience
      - Ability and interest in working as part of a team in a fast-paced consulting environment
      - Demonstrated writing abilities, organizational skills, and competency with basic business computer applications
      - Familiarity with MDL programs
