What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Align technology solutions with business strategies, identifying opportunities for process improvement
- Serve as a technical liaison and consultant on complex projects and strategic planning matters
- Maintain active Epic Bridges Certification and demonstrate advanced proficiency in interface design and optimization
- Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to ensure reliable data exchange solutions
- Lead interface implementations, upgrades, and troubleshooting efforts for HL7 interfaces
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education or experience
- Active Epic Bridges Certification required
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in business application design, development, and support in healthcare integration environments
- Strong knowledge of project management concepts and experience managing large-scale projects
- Ability to express complex technical concepts in an understandable manner across all levels of the organization
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Additional Epic certifications or healthcare interoperability certifications
- Previous experience in business process re-engineering or process improvement
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills with a track record in new concept development
- Knowledge of HL7 standards and FHIR protocols
- Experience with technical writing and documentation
