What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide support to customers in defining business processes and identifying enabling technologies
- Actively seek ways to apply technology to business processes and research relevant technical trends
- Consult with subject matter experts to develop alternative technical solutions and advise on options and risks
- Document project plans and coordinate business and IT implementation resources for successful delivery
- Participate in an on-call customer support rotation during normal business hours and off hours
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of formal education and experience; Bachelor's degree preferred
- EPIC Resolute PB Certification required
- Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in business systems analysis or business unit experience with IT collaboration
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including project documentation and technical writing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in business process re-engineering or process improvement
- Experience in the strategic use of technology for business growth
- Knowledge of HL7 standards is a plus
