      This is a remote position.

      Superlanet is seeking an experienced Epic PB/HB Consultant to support our East Coast-based healthcare client. This is a remote, 6-month engagement with an ASAP start. This consultant will partner closely with Professional Billing (PB) and Hospital Billing (HB) teams to ensure operational stability, optimize revenue cycle workflows, and support ongoing Epic initiatives.

      This role will focus primarily on Professional Billing (PB). Candidates with both PB and HB certifications and hands-on experience will be highly preferred.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Serve as an Epic analyst supporting PB & HB teams, including PFS, SBO, and Revenue Integrity Operations

      • Resolve daily help desk tickets and provide end-user support

      • Participate in Epic quarterly releases, including NN review, build, testing, and validation

      • Support system enhancement initiatives and project-based assignments requiring PB or HB expertise

      • Collaborate with operational and IT stakeholders to ensure optimal system performance and workflow alignment

      Required Qualifications

      • Epic Certification in PB Admin for SBO and Charge Router (required)

      • Strong Professional Billing build and support experience

      • Experience supporting revenue cycle operations within Epic

      Preferred Qualifications

      • Epic Certification in HB Admin, CDM, and HB Charge Router

      • Experience with:

        • Benefit Engine

        • Epic Security

        • Fee Schedules

      • Proven ability to support both maintenance and project-based build work



      Benefits

      Pay rate based on experience $65.00 - $70.00/hr +
