      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Organize and perform all office and clerical functions including scheduling meetings, answering phones, and taking meeting minutes
      - Maintain departmental records, reports, and documents, ensuring proper scheduling of rooms and equipment for meetings
      - Provide administrative support to faculty and staff in the Department of Community Health and Family Medicine
      - Assist in the preparation and maintenance of administrative documents for satellite physicians
      - Coordinate time and attendance records for department staff

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of senior administrative experience
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office for at least 3 years
      - High School Diploma or GED is required
      - Strong organizational and multitasking skills
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 3 years of experience in an academic healthcare system
      - Associate's degree is preferred
      - Skills in researching, writing, and preparing reports and presentations
      - Experience in coordinating travel documentation and leave requests
      - Familiarity with Kronos time and attendance systems
