What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the Terrain team in delivering insights and expertise that impact customer business decisions
- Conduct ongoing research and analysis to support the Association's value proposition to customers
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders and enhance collaboration within the agricultural community
- Guide the team in producing unbiased expertise and insights for internal and external use
- Oversee financial management and administrative functions of the Terrain group
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's degree
- 15+ years of related industry work experience and research
- Proven experience in leading teams and managing a business unit
- Strong understanding of agricultural practices, trends, and industry data
- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders
