What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Achieve store sales targets through the sales of Finance & Insurance (F&I) products
- Conduct one-on-one sales training sessions with F&I Managers
- Administer F&I process core competency tests
- Participate in group/store sales training and meetings
- Provide regular sales updates and inform supervisors of opportunities and concerns
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business, Finance, or Sales Manager, preferably in F&I
- Proven track record in new car automotive retail with results in F&I, Sales, and Sales Management
- Excellent communication, training, coaching, and relationship-building skills
- OMVIC certification (Ontario only)
- High level of energy and a positive attitude
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in automotive retail with a focus on Finance & Insurance sales
- Strong analytical skills for Profit Gap Analysis (PGA) results
