      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review documents and work provided by lower-level paralegals and legal assistants
      - Provide feedback and coaching to lower-level paralegals and legal assistants
      - Conduct client interviews to gather information regarding their legal issues
      - Assist lawyers in trial preparation by organizing exhibits and coordinating witnesses
      - Draft legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence under the guidance of a lawyer

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of paralegal experience specifically in Georgia family law
      - Strong communication and problem-solving skills
      - Ability to work effectively with clients and staff from diverse backgrounds
      - Exceptional time-management and organizational skills
      - Completion of an ABA-approved paralegal certificate program; Bachelor's degree preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Probate experience is a plus
      - Experience leading lower-level paralegals and/or legal assistants
      - Completion of a paralegal professional certification or advanced education in paralegal studies
      - Demonstrated empathy and compassion in client interactions
