      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support Aerospace & Defense prospects and customers as part of the Qualtrics Defense team
      - Develop territory and account plans to drive usage of the Qualtrics platform across targeted clients
      - Engage with clients throughout the sales cycle, from prospecting to contract closure
      - Drive new revenue growth through acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts
      - Meet quarterly and annual sales targets while acting as a thought leader and customer advocate

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree, or completion of Bachelor’s degree by military exit date
      - Proven experience delivering mission-critical solutions and meeting performance metrics
      - Experience briefing and influencing senior leaders to secure resources and decisions
      - Ability to build and maintain partnerships with relevant stakeholders in the Aerospace & Defense sector
      - Proficient in managing stakeholder data and pipelines using military information systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in consultative selling and understanding of the Federal contracting environment
      - Familiarity with enterprise sales processes such as MEDDICC
      - Experience using Salesforce or similar prospecting applications
      - Background in competitive source-selection and procurement efforts
      - Willingness to travel for client-facing meetings
