What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as a trusted technical advisor and advocate for customers, ensuring their success with the product suite
- Identify and address customer technical objections to enhance adoption
- Support customers through technical lifecycle activities, including architecture planning and monitoring
- Provide guidance on advanced technical topics and assist customers in maturing their data streaming practices
- Document knowledge transfer to customers and internal teams to enhance service delivery
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Prior Military or Federal Industry Experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related field
- Demonstrated success in a technical field role for a product/SaaS company with enterprise customers
- Strong understanding of modern infrastructure and streaming technologies
- Hands-on knowledge of cloud vendors (AWS, GCP, Azure) and experience with Linux configurations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- A US Secret, Top Secret, or TS/SCI Clearance
- Confluent Developer or Administrator certifications
- Experience with Apache Flink
- Experience building distributed systems or streaming solutions using Apache Kafka alongside related technologies
