What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Evaluate and sell mortgage solutions throughout the United States
- Advise clients on the home buying or refinance process and assist through the loan application to closing
- Educate and guide current and potential customers on managing their mortgage finances
- Achieve or exceed specific loan origination goals
- Provide referrals to other product areas within the employer
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be registered with the National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008
- Strong sales aptitude
- Self-motivated with the ability to achieve or exceed production goals
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous sales or customer service experience strongly preferred
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service
