      To support the development of the business and deliver our ambition we are growing our team and recruiting a Finance Business Partner Oncology – Switzerland, located in Baar, Zug.

      You are a sounding board and financial sparring partner for colleagues in Marketing, Medical, Sales, and Market Access. You balance big-picture perspective with detail, ask critical questions, and provide independent advice. As Finance Business Partner, you co-own financial and commercial delivery for dedicated Franchises and one alliance, helping shape the OBU’s financial future. You couple strategic thinking with hands‑on execution and a strong digital/simplification mindset to accelerate insights and streamline processes. You report to the Lead Finance Business Partner, OBU Switzerland.

      Role purpose

      Strategic and Operational Partnering

      · Finance lead for OBU dedicated franchises, partnering with Marketing, Medical, Sales, and Market Access to meet commercial and financial goals.

      · Coordinate submissions and governance for one alliance; serve as the point-of-contact.

      · Build business cases using analytics and market insights, run scenarios to challenge assumptions, and translate performance drivers into resource-optimizing recommendations.

      · Own Gross-To-Net calculations, align assumptions cross-functionally, ensure documentation and efficient processes.

      Planning, Performance, and Reporting

      · Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure forecast accuracy; track and follow-through on drivers. Understand Risks & Opportunities

      · Support OBU plans (RBU/MTP/AFx), consolidate assumptions along with FP&A/GFS.

      · Deliver monthly revenue split by indication, monitor performance and provide concise commentary.

      · Produce timely variance analyses and performance packs; maintain franchise cost monitoring.

      Controls, Governance, and Improvement

      · Apply AZ finance governance, risk standards, and audit-ready documentation.

      · Support with invoicing/process improvements, predictive ordering and month-end landings/cost recognition.

      · Streamline cycles and reports applying a strong digital/simplification mindset to accelerate insights and automate routine tasks; share best practices across finance.

      Collaboration and Resilience

      · Align with Brand/Franchise, FP&A, GFS, Market Access/Pricing, insights, and alliance counterparts to meet timelines and quality.

      · Provide cover for the OBU Lead FBP on defined month-end and alliance routines to maintain cadence.

      Your profile

      We seek a dynamic individual with a proven track record in financial business partnering, strong leadership skills, and the ability to influence and drive results. If you are motivated by the prospect of shaping the financial strategy of the biopharmaceutical business unit and thrive in a collaborative, high-performance environment, we encourage you to apply.

      · Qualified finance professional.

      · 5+ years of Finance Business Partnering/ Controlling experience within an international commercial organization, preferably Pharma, Biotech. Desired understanding of the drug development life cycle, commercial as well as market access and pricing aspects.

      · Excellent communication and presentation skills in English. Fluent German a plus.

      · Proficient in SAP/SmartView (or similar), advanced Excel, and Power BI; fast learner with strong AI/digital fluency to automate reporting and accelerate insights.

      · Interest in, and ability to understand complex scientific data, translating them into financial implications

      · Analytical capacity. Ability to navigate high volumes of data and to make connections between various data sources.

      · Very good interpersonal and communication skills. Understand and navigate successfully cross-functional dynamics. Shows empathy and has a positive impact on the audience. Convincing, able to influence various stakeholders, senior management as well as colleagues with no direct reporting line.

      · Entrepreneurship: solution-oriented, high flexibility, willingness to develop. Able to work under pressure, prioritize and deliver high-quality results.
