What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Advise and educate students on various forms of Federal Student Aid
- Handle inbound student calls and respond to emails, making outbound contacts as necessary
- Enhance the student experience by promoting high-quality service
- Conduct independent research to assist students and parents throughout the financial aid cycle
- Collaborate with other university departments and communicate trends to management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Effective interpersonal communication and listening abilities
- Critical thinking and problem-solving aptitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Outlook, Word, Access, and PowerPoint
- Associate's degree required
