What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee all finance-related activities for assigned contracts, including developing and monitoring progress against the Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
- Conduct ongoing contract reviews, financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, and compensation evaluations
- Identify financial and operational drivers and provide recommendations to regional leaders and finance
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, legal requirements, and contractual obligations
- Assist leadership in analyzing client requests and contract terms, ensuring clear communication of financial reports
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited business program; Finance, Accounting, or Economics preferred
- Two (2) to three (3) years of related experience preferred
- Excellent financial and analytical skills with the ability to manage large sets of data
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to create, interpret, and assess reports and financial data in accordance with GAAP

- MBA or CPA preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with an entrepreneurial attitude and willingness to learn
