What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build, maintain, and own revenue and contribution margin forecasts for multiple business lines
- Act as a trusted advisor to category directors, providing analysis and insights on financial positions
- Own customer lifetime value models, guiding leadership's decision-making
- Construct frameworks to evaluate competing initiatives' size, impact, and prioritization
- Partner with cross-functional teams to manage and optimize pricing across business lines
What is Required (Qualifications):
- B.S. in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in analytical financial roles such as strategic finance, investment banking, and/or consulting
- Proficiency in manipulating large datasets; prior SQL or Looker experience is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with multitasking ability
- Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic work environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with financial modeling and analysis in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with developing KPIs and automating reporting processes
- Ability to present complex financial data in a clear and concise manner
- Previous experience in the health and wellness industry
