What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor and analyze financial accounts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Provide market and margin analysis, pricing models, and cost development support services
- Analyze financial information using queries, spreadsheets, databases, and other reporting tools for trend analysis, forecasting, and financial ratios
- Produce financial reports for management, including income statements, cash flow statements, and balance sheets
- Conduct in-depth analysis of program data and perform computations with a high degree of independence
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, accounting, a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5-7 years of finance-related experience
- Demonstrated ability to write reports, analyze financial documents, and communicate effectively
- Proven analytical skills and ability to process large amounts of information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other computer-based tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's Degree in Finance, accounting, or related field
- Certified Public Account (CPA) or equivalent certification(s)
- 6-8 years of experience in health sciences, healthcare, or disability services fields
