What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Triage requests and insights from customers and internal teams to create a prioritized backlog of improvements
- Translate ideas and problems into clear, actionable requirements for stakeholders
- Validate calculations across diverse scenarios to ensure accuracy and stability
- Propose enhancements for financial models to improve usability and support subscription growth
- Thoroughly test features and validate outputs to ensure a seamless user experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a comfort in numerical logic
- Experience in personal finance or fintech, including forecasting, tax rules, and retirement planning
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail, particularly with calculations and complex rules
- Ability to break down ambiguous problems into structured steps
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Exposure to QA, scenario testing, or writing acceptance criteria
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Coda, Figma, or analytics platforms
