What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Onboard new agents and assist with insurance certifications as needed
- Build and maintain relationships with agents to facilitate their clients' shipping needs
- Manage communications with internal and external customers regarding operational issues
- Support operational training and the development of training materials
- Coordinate account-specific and site-wide projects to optimize service delivery
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Transportation Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of two (2) years of direct experience in Transportation or Logistics
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate effective problem-solving skills

- Experience in a customer service role within the logistics or transportation industry
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and ability to build strong customer relationships
- High level of organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with project management in a logistics context
