1 Position Summary/Job Duties:
We're a lively family of five in Middleton, Wisconsin - Mom (a lawyer and COO of a national firm), Dad (local collegiate soccer coach), and our three energetic kids: boys aged 9 and 6 who are always on the go with sports, and our sweet 2.5-year-old girl. Our recent au pair had to head home after an accident, so we're excited to welcome a new team member into our active, supportive home.
We need help Monday-Friday, 2:30-7:30 PM, with flexibility for more hours during busy weeks or summer. Duties include after-school pickups and drives to sports/practices, getting kids home for snack time fun, starting dinner prep, bedtime routines, and light laundry. A reliable car, clean driving record, and experience with kids are musts. Pay is competitive based on experience.
We're kind, flexible parents who value work-life balance (hello, summer schedule perks!) and love sharing our sporty lifestyle - think park playdates, soccer cheers, and family adventures. If you're upbeat, nurturing, and thrive in a bustling home, you'll fit right in. CPR/First Aid a plus.
