Support users in applying automated study report templates within an internal GenAI platform.

Develop concise training and instructional materials to drive adoption.

Update and enhance templates based on user feedback.

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including technical and research teams, to improve functionality and usability.

Document use cases, lessons learned, and efficiency gains.

Build and structure a protocol template within the internal GenAI platform.

Draft and refine prompts for key protocol sections to ensure clarity and accuracy.

Apply domain expertise to ensure scientific rigor and regulatory alignment.

Partner with internal stakeholders to iterate on the template and support early adoption.

Facilitate meetings, capture action items, and track deliverables and progress.

3+ years of experience conducting non-interventional studies within pharmaceutical, biotech, or clinical research environments.

Demonstrated experience writing NIS protocols and study reports.

Experience refining prompts for GenAI-assisted document generation.

Experience collaborating with technical teams and scientific stakeholders.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proactive, self-directed, and comfortable working in a fast-evolving environment.

Experience with Microsoft 365 tools.

Familiarity with workflow or document automation platforms.

Exposure to enterprise GenAI tools or AI-enabled content generation systems
GenAI Non-Interventional Study Writing Template Lead (Contract)
Overview
This organization is implementing an internal platform that automates the creation of scientific documents using templates powered by large language models (GenAI).
We are seeking a contractor with strong non-interventional study (NIS) writing experience to help develop, refine, and support the adoption of these automated templates.
This role requires deep hands-on protocol and study report writing expertise first, along with practical experience refining prompts to support GenAI-assisted document creation.
