What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate the collection of data and manage the filing process for political law compliance disclosures in various global jurisdictions
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external vendors and associations, managing renewals and invoices
- Schedule internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, and draft comprehensive minutes
- Assist with the internal review process for consultation drafts and other external-facing materials
- Track government affairs team engagements and metrics, preparing internal reports to demonstrate the team’s impact
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably within government affairs or public policy
- Experience with Google Office Suite, collaboration tools, and AI tools
- Understanding of how local, national, or regional government bodies operate
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for translating complex policy information
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
- Familiarity with political law compliance or lobbying disclosure requirements
- Proven track record in contributing to successful advocacy teams
