      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Promptly and professionally respond to member, client, and provider inquiries through various communication channels
      - Clearly communicate eligibility, benefit, claim status, and payment information related to caller questions
      - Identify reasons for calls and provide appropriate resolutions to inquiries and complaints
      - Assist callers with grievance and claims appeals processes as necessary
      - Document information accurately in the customer relationship management system

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Ability to work an assigned eight (8) hour schedule starting as early as 7:55 a.m. and ending as late as 11:00 p.m., Monday through Friday
      - High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in business administration or a related field preferred
      - Two years of customer service experience in a business environment, preferably in a call center assisting Medicare and/or Medicaid enrollees
      - Demonstrated knowledge of personal computers and software applications through experience or coursework
      - Successful completion of various customer service assessments with specified minimum scores

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a call center environment
      - Familiarity with Medicare and/or Medicaid processes
      - Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
      - Proficiency in email composition and professional communication
