What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with a team to drive regulatory compliance for government products and solutions
- Analyze market opportunities and assess feasibility for new product launches and releases
- Identify and address risk and compliance challenges in product offerings
- Recommend policy and procedure changes to adapt to regulatory requirements
- Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project execution and compliance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong knowledge of the life cycle of pharmacy and/or medical claims
- Experience with government programs, including Medicare and Medicaid
- Familiarity with health plan and claim processor responsibilities
- Proven customer service experience with health plans
- Leadership skills in communication, problem-solving, and team building

- Experience in regulatory compliance and product strategy
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and business drivers
