- Support the design function across the M3MR Group’s portfolio of brands and internal programs
- Design intelligent marketing collateral that achieves its objectives and supports the delivery of organisational goals
- Make design-based recommendations to improve the user journey and usability across brand websites
- Ensure that accessibility best practices are observed
- Work closely with other members of the graphic design and marketing teams, and other marketing stakeholders to collaborate on campaign strategy and impact
- Deliver projects including, but not limited to:
- Marketing collateral
- Trade show materials
- Animation
- Web graphics / site updates (WordPress)
- Emails (Hubspot)
- Infographic design
- Social media images
- Hubspot landing pages
- Video production and editing
- Using programs including, but not limited to:
- Creative Cloud
- After Effects
- Premier Pro
- Adobe InDesign
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
- Canva
- Microsoft Office
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure day-to-day deliverables are met
- Experience - 3 years +, preferably B2B

Job Description
The Graphic Designer is a design expert and innovative thinker, working primarily across B2B and internal comms arms of multiple M3-owned businesses, delivering professional well-considered multichannel campaigns that deliver on conversion goals through creative design. Working in close partnership with other members of the graphic design team, the wider marketing team and other internal stakeholders, you will design campaigns that achieve their objectives and are appropriate for their intended audience. Although your focus will be on owning the marketing activities supporting specific teams and brands, you will also play a key role in collaborating on other marketing activities across the business.
For this role we are looking for a designer who is very confident designing for social media channels specifically, has experience working with digital publishing layouts, and has strong video editing and animation skills.
