      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Market, position, and sell the employer's Group Benefits portfolio products to designated brokers
      - Support broker and client relationships to drive sales and client retention
      - Develop and maintain broker relationships to grow the book of business
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze market trends and consumer demands
      - Champion process improvements and organizational initiatives to increase sales

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - A BS or BA degree or equivalent industry experience
      - Minimum of two years' group insurance sales experience or relevant combination of experience and education
      - Knowledge of industry products and processes, including Worksite, LTD, and Dental products
      - Ability to achieve required industry licensing within 90 days of hire
      - Strong judgment and integrity in a fast-paced environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in online enrollment and experience rating
      - Demonstrated collaborative skills in building rapport both in-person and virtually
      - Proactive attitude with a focus on accountability and delivering commitments
