      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Own hiring for go-to-market functions, including Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Partnerships
      - Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and success metrics
      - Source, screen, and guide candidates through the interview process
      - Build talent pipelines for current and future roles with an emphasis on quality and velocity
      - Collaborate cross-functionally to forecast hiring needs and timelines

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high-growth startup or SaaS environments
      - Deep familiarity with go-to-market roles and compensation models
      - Proven ability to build and maintain high-quality candidate pipelines
      - Experience managing ATS workflows (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever)
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

      - Experience in building scalable recruiting systems and candidate experiences
      - Strong instincts for talent and culture fit
      - Ability to operate with autonomy and accountability in fast-paced environments
      - Track record of selling a vision as well as specific roles
      - Familiarity with market trends for go-to-market talent in AI and developer tools
