GTM Analytics: Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer to deliver pipeline, conversion, and ROI analytics; build forecasting for new business and retention, attribution, CAC/payback reporting.
Product Analytics: Drive analysis of feature adoption, engagement, and retention indicators; enable experimentation and A/B testing frameworks. Paint a picture of our customers’ health in general and across key areas of the product.
Analytics Engineering: Own data warehouse and metric layer using Fivetran for pipelines, dbt for transformations, BI tooling (Looker, Mode, Hex, Tableau).
Define Haus’s analytics strategy and roadmap across GTM and product.
Build scalable pipelines and metric layers with high data integrity
Deliver exec-ready insights on ARR, retention, funnel velocity, product adoption, and more
Refine and implement an AI tooling strategy that allows us to take advantage of new technology to execute with speed and accuracy
Partner with cross-functional leaders to embed data into daily decisions
Promote data literacy and self-serve analytics culture
Recruit and develop a lean, high-impact team
8+ years in analytics/data roles; 3+ years in leadership.
Hands-on expertise in SQL, dbt, data modeling, warehouse architecture.
Proven experience with Fivetran (or similar ETL/ELT).
Proficiency in modern BI tools.
B2B SaaS or enterprise AI background.
Experience with AI/ML in GTM and product analytics.
Excellent communicator; startup mindset.

Own Haus’s internal analytics efforts from go to market success, product usage and KPIs, and analytics engineering. You’ll get your hands dirty but also build and lead a small team whose scope will span the following:
