What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee and guide a team of sales professionals to meet revenue, volume, and market share objectives
- Directly manage key client relationships and support team efforts in closing sales opportunities
- Set and achieve ambitious sales goals, budgets, and marketing strategies
- Build and maintain profitable customer relationships while identifying market trends
- Train, motivate, and provide daily leadership to the sales team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Typically eight to ten years of relevant experience
- Strong management and leadership skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Thorough knowledge of banking products/services and current market trends
