      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide on-site, individualized, group, and virtual training and technical assistance (TTA) related to governance, program management, and fiscal operations
      - Assist recipients in correcting areas of noncompliance and deficiencies identified through federal monitoring processes
      - Develop and implement corrective action plans addressing root causes of noncompliance and deficiencies
      - Maintain regular communication with Area Office staff on TTA delivery and progress toward corrective actions
      - Support recipients in aggregating, analyzing, and utilizing data from multiple sources for program improvement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of a BA or BS Degree from an accredited university or college
      - 5+ years of experience in program and/or organizational management and/or fiscal operations related to Head Start/Early Head Start programs
      - 1+ years of experience providing technical assistance and working with governing bodies and management teams
      - 1+ years of experience analyzing data and assisting programs in making data-driven decisions
      - Must have a valid driver's license and successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Fiscal expertise in budgeting and Head Start specific audits
      - 1+ years of experience related to human resource issues within small to medium non-profit agencies
      - 1+ years of experience with Head Start facilities in maintenance, renovation, and/or construction
      - Fluently bilingual (Spanish)
