Job Description
- Req#: 23-74825
- Strong Case management/nursing background
- Clinical knowledge of disease prevention and wellness strategies
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to be flexible and to manage multiple tasks with a strong customer focus.
- Ability to work at a high energy level in a team environment with minimum supervision.
- Good working knowledge of current industry standard PC software applications (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite) and proven administrative abilities.
- Ability to plan, implement and evaluate employee disease prevention and health promotion programs
- Bachelors degree in Health Education, Health Promotion, Nutrition, Nursing, Exercise Physiology or
- Social Work or Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) certification,
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN),
- American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) certification.
- Medical licenses require current unrestricted state of Michigan licensure.
