What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate the delivery of rental management services by collaborating with various teams
- Reduce unnecessary rentals by managing and monitoring rental equipment statuses
- Develop and lead projects to optimize operations and reduce variability in rental processes
- Build and maintain high-touch relationships with clients and rental vendors
- Respond to customer feedback to ensure satisfaction and meet financial performance goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a business-related field
- 5+ years of experience as an analyst, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to create actionable plans
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong presentation skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push or pull a cart weighing up to 75 pounds
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a consultative role with high-level presentation skills
- Proven track record of developing partnerships and collaborating with clients
- Self-motivated with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to travel up to 50% by air and car
