      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Source and recruit qualified healthcare professionals using various strategies
      - Build relationships and pipelines for current and future staffing needs
      - Review applications, conduct interviews, and complete reference checks
      - Act as a liaison between client facilities and newly hired talent to ensure smooth onboarding
      - Maintain compliance with all employment laws and internal policies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent required
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
      - Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and recruiting systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate’s or higher degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field
      - Prior experience in customer service or sales
      - Experience in healthcare staffing or recruiting
