      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct outbound lead generation calls and direct face-to-face interactions with clients to secure new business
      - Collaborate with the marketing team to convert marketing-qualified leads into sales opportunities
      - Present proposed solutions in formal meetings, outlining the scope of work, deliverables, and pricing
      - Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing customer concerns and securing next steps
      - Prospect within new and existing accounts for up-selling and cross-selling opportunities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum educational requirement: High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred
      - 4 years of outside sales experience required; 2 years of healthcare sales experience in a nursing home, home health, or post-acute provider market required
      - Proficiency in CRM systems and lead generation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
      - Excellent oral, written, and customer service-oriented communication skills
      - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2 years of experience with consulting services, admissions, or program enrollment
      - Proven critical thinking ability and a customer service-oriented mindset
      - Familiarity with compliance reviews and quality assessment tools
      - Experience in building and maintaining relationships with decision-makers
      - Ability to adapt working hours to meet customer needs and business demands
