      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee operational performance for the Specialist Program and contribute to patient ambassador support initiatives
      - Develop and implement marketing strategies to maximize ROI and enhance execution
      - Lead cross-functional teams indirectly while ensuring compliance with guidelines
      - Collaborate with senior management and key stakeholders to manage ongoing projects and maintain timelines
      - Utilize data systems to analyze performance and strategize improvements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or relevant work experience
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in the call center industry or a related field
      - Proven experience managing teams and leveraging customer database management tools
      - Strong communication and presentation skills for diverse customer and vendor interactions
      - Ability to work independently, manage multiple demands, and meet deadlines
