What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Profile and analyze large amounts of Epic source data in Chronicles
- Gather and translate requirements from business and clinical stakeholders into analytics solutions
- Build registries and associated components, including metrics, reports, and dashboards
- Provide ad-hoc data analysis support to the team and external customers as needed
- Mentor end users interacting with the registries and maintain a good working relationship with peers and superiors
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Epic Healthy Planet and Compass Rose or EpicCare certification required
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience as an EHR/Clinical Analyst
- Strong knowledge of Care Management and Ambulatory clinical and operational workflows
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a similar role within a hospital or health system
- SQL querying knowledge
- Knowledge of dashboard development using Tableau or a similar BI platform
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly for technical writing
- Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills
