      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Hire, train, and prepare contact center representatives to effectively respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues
      - Monitor representative performance and provide ongoing coaching and support
      - Prepare reports and analyze data to assist management in achieving contact center goals
      - Identify operational issues and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency
      - Supervise contractor personnel to ensure effective processing of work assignments

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must live within a 50-mile radius of Columbia, South Carolina
      - Holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree
      - Six (6) years of experience in a relevant environment with sufficient technical knowledge
      - Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience and two (2) years as a customer support services operator/analyst
      - Demonstrated oral and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the federal contracting industry
      - Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a contact center environment
      - Familiarity with performance metrics and reporting processes
