      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide user support and customer service on company-supported computer applications and platforms
      - Troubleshoot problems and advise on appropriate actions for users
      - Collaborate with IT teams to support users and managers effectively
      - Deliver materials according to project Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
      - Assist in the troubleshooting process and provide feedback to operations managers after new technology implementations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of related experience in technical support
      - 1+ years of technical support experience in desktop and laptop computers and various operating systems, including Windows 10/11 and Mac OS
      - AA Degree with 1 year of related experience or 3 years of related work experience if no AA degree
      - Must be a U.S. citizen and pass a background check to obtain Public Trust security clearance
      - Experience using ticketing systems and remote desktop management software

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - ITIL foundations certification or ability to obtain certification within 3 months
      - Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA A+, or Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician
      - Experience with workstation deployment management systems
