      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide technical support to DoD and Government customers using DISA Storefront ordering software
      - Communicate with users via phone, email, chat, and a ticketing system to troubleshoot and resolve issues
      - Offer step-by-step guidance to help users navigate software and resolve issues independently
      - Identify and document software bugs and areas for improvement based on user feedback
      - Create and maintain user manuals and troubleshooting guides

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must possess a Secret Clearance
      - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
      - Strong customer service orientation
      - Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
      - Ability to manage and track user issues through a ticketing system

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience providing technical support in a help desk or customer service role
      - Familiarity with DISA Storefront or similar ordering software
      - Knowledge of best practices in user education and training
      - Demonstrated ability to document processes and create user guides
