What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide prompt, high-quality technical support to end users and resolve issues to their satisfaction
- Monitor, prioritize, and respond quickly to incoming IT support cases
- Complete assigned service requests and document resolutions accurately
- Administer company-wide information systems, including user accounts and compliance
- Collaborate with business operations teams to evaluate and enhance productivity and efficiency
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a help desk and/or technical support role
- Familiarity with a wide range of information systems concepts, practices, and procedures
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Exceptional communication skills and a customer-focused demeanor
- Flexibility to work during Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours
