What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Meet or exceed assigned sales goals while presenting disease state and product information to healthcare professionals
- Develop and implement strategic business plans aligned with brand objectives

- Collaborate with territory partners and external teams to enhance sales efforts

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of Hematology/Oncology sales experience
- Proven track record of exceeding sales expectations
- Exceptional communication skills with a consultative approach to selling
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
