  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Provide proactive and reactive support to candidates, addressing barriers and guiding them through critical hiring milestones
  - Monitor and manage candidate progression through systems, ensuring priority candidates move efficiently through the hiring funnel
  - Review submitted documents and conduct state-regulated compliance checks for qualified candidates
  - Proactively re-engage candidates and utilize strategies to increase hiring in high-need markets
  - Co-manage voicemails, tickets, and emails from Care Pros needing assistance during the hiring process
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - High School Diploma or GED
  - 2+ years of experience in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, or customer support managing a high volume of candidates or clients
  - Strong experience in building rapport and providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels
  - Excellent verbal communication skills to convey complex hiring and compliance information clearly
  - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple candidates and track their progress effectively

  - Experience in home care, caregiving, or regulated industries requiring compliance documentation
