      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate and assign daily patient appointments and schedules for clinical field staff
      - Complete the scheduling workflow by assigning appropriate clinical team members based on ordered visit frequencies
      - Plan and assign client visits to clinical staff considering geographic proximity and staff availability
      - Proactively identify and resolve scheduling issues to ensure all patient appointments are accurately assigned
      - Generate and work on daily and weekly scheduling reports to monitor visit completion and identify unassigned visits

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED equivalent required
      - Minimum of two years of scheduling experience, preferably in hospice scheduling
      - Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams
      - Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
      - College degree preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in hospice scheduling
      - Additional certifications related to healthcare scheduling or administration
