      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer incoming telephone calls and provide personalized service to physician callers
      - Respond to inquiries with expert knowledge of physicians, services, and programs
      - Collaborate with internal departments to draft best practices for routing and responding to calls
      - Manage complex and emergent situations effectively during calls
      - Participate in staff training and act as a resource for co-workers as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of two to three years of customer service experience
      - Strong basic computer and keyboarding skills
      - Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
      - Ability to work effectively with minimum supervision while being a team player
      - Proven strong analytical skills with the ability to identify problems and initiate solutions

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in telephone-based customer service
      - Knowledge of common medical and hospital terminology
      - Background in a fast-paced healthcare environment, preferably with clinician interaction
      - Familiarity with specialty software such as Infinity, E-Centaurus, Cerner, and/or AMiON
