      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Submit bids, cost estimates, schedules, phasing plans, reports, and recommendations to leadership and clients
      - Communicate with customer representatives, site foremen, and field personnel
      - Maintain project schedules and manage materials effectively
      - Prepare cost estimates for construction and renovation projects
      - Conduct periodic inspections of job sites to ensure quality and progress

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Hotel Administration, Business, or a related field preferred
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel construction project management or large-scale building renovations
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
      - Proven ability to negotiate contracts and lead diverse teams
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Word, and Outlook
