What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement HR technology strategies aligned with organizational objectives
- Oversee the implementation of new HRIS technologies and upgrades
- Collaborate with HR and IT to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance
- Analyze HR data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for HRIS-related inquiries and issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong understanding of HR processes and technology
- Experience as a Paylocity administrator
- Proven ability to deliver automation and improve HR processes
- Excellent analytical skills with experience in data reporting
- Ability to conduct training sessions for staff and end-users
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with multiple HRIS platforms beyond Paylocity
- Experience in developing business cases for HRIS implementations/enhancements
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in HR technology
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box
