      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Optimize HR processes and support data-driven decision-making through analysis and reporting
      - Manage HRIS, ensuring data integrity and supporting system enhancements
      - Conduct data analysis to identify trends and provide actionable insights to HR leadership
      - Assist in HR compliance and auditing processes, ensuring adherence to internal and external regulations
      - Collaborate on cross-functional projects related to compensation reviews and organizational design

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field
      - Minimum of 5 years of Workday administration/configuration experience
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
      - Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - SHRM-CP or PHR certification
      - Demonstrated experience in process improvement methodologies
      - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
      - Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau
      - Workday certification(s) in Reporting or HCM
