      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chief People Officer and HR leadership team
      - Manage complex calendar scheduling and coordinate domestic and international travel
      - Prepare professional documents such as memos, reports, and business plans
      - Handle incoming communications and ensure timely follow-up on administrative needs
      - Collaborate with global administrative professionals to maintain consistent support

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in a senior-level administrative role supporting senior executives
      - Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced global environment, preferably in the biotech or pharmaceuticals sector
      - Strong written and oral communication skills, with effective interpersonal abilities
      - High integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
      - Exceptional organizational and time management skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree preferred
      - Experience in managing projects related to employee engagement or large internal events
      - Familiarity with collaboration platforms for managing organization charts and communication
